Chronicle 07: Pitra Tarpan ritual at Haridwar..

On Monday, 20th Mar, 2012, I visited Haridwar with client/ friend Ila  Jain and her sister in law. We went to Shanti Kunj ashram and performed Pitra Tarpan ritual to absolve Pitra Dosh effects in our birth charts. In earlier posts I had explained how astrologer Savita Jain had revealed Pitra Dosh in my horoscope, in form of Saturn+ Ketu in my 9th house. After knowing this I began a series of tributes, ritual dedicated to the Pitras and began this blog especially dedicated to Pitra Karma. For long I had wanted to visit  Haridwar and perform a Pitra Tarpan ritual under a enlightened, vedic priest. But as in the case of all pending Karmic blockage, I always found the way blocked.
So finally when my client Ila Jain who was relative of astrologer Savita ji, told she was going to Haridwar to perform the same, I was considerably elated. Sometimes we need that strategic / small external intervention to help us when our own ways are blocked. So i came over to her place overnight so that i wouldnt miss the early morning departure to Haridwar. But early Monday morning, I awoke with severe acidity, heartburn, gas, palpitation, giddiness. It would be impossible for me to go to Haridwar as nothing was subsiding the acid levels. But Ila Ji being the wise host, offered me 1/4 glass of cold milk. Sometimes we need that small friendly intervention to help us when our own ways are blocked. Slowly the giddiness, heartburn, extreme disorientation seemed to be lessened. And finally we somehow set out to Haridwar.

Shanti Kunj ashram was a big campus full of medicinal gardens, hostels, prayer halls, temples... the whole works!!. Because of Savita ji's references, a dedicated priest took the three of us seperately and did an exclusive Pitra Tarpan ritual for us. He explained EACH and EVERY step of the Tarpan ritual, its significances, philosophies, dedications. A ritual which takes max five minutes by rogue priests took us more than TWO HOURS!! They didnt charge/ fleece us. Whatever WE felt comfortable to offer to the charitable trust of the ashram was accepted. A FAR cry from the usual experience of religious rituals!! Later we went to the ganges and offered Tarpan offerings of wheat/ flour to the gigantic fish swimming in its clear, clean refreshing cool waters. Ghat no 16 was farway from the maddening crowdes and felt heavenly...!!
The only crowds were schools of fish that crowded to eat our food offerings.
I thank the Pitras, Lord Vishnu, and my client Ila Jain for creating this graceful opportunity. My thousand thanks to astrologer Savita Jain who had enlightened us about Pitra Dosh, and guided us to right channel of Shanti Kunj ashram at Haridwar. Om Pitra Ganay Namah...

Saturn Retro 2012: Ideal time for Karmic repayment

Every year Saturn goes retrograde for 4.5 months. For Saturn ruled people, its time for hibernation, retreat, regression, moving bakwards. And ideal time for Karmic Repayment! However, for Sun ruled people its time for progress, positivity, energy and speed. Since 2005, I have heavily researched and tried to utilise this annual Saturn retro period. Those years, when i've sufficiently moved backwards/ regressed during Saturn retro, rest of the year i enjoyed PROGRESSION. Like how an arrow pulled back by a bow, later flies ahead. And Vice Versa.
This year I experienced regression during Saturn retro in another level altogether. We had to shift house TWICE within a single month. A long deferred decision which we had been pending for past SIX years finally caught up with us. Father in law came for cystoscopy and i stayed one week in medicity. Plumbing problems, water isuues, chaos, rupture. This time, I've timely scheduled my annual Karmic repayment time. Hope, I'm able to clear a lot of pending Karma during Saturn Retro 2012.

Chronicle 06: Different Schemes of Repayment

Sometimes we pay back pending Karmic payments in long term easy installments. And sometimes we have to payback in extreme/acute high repayments. For me, a period of high repayments was taking place in February, 2012. After dilly dallying, delaying, postponing house change for past FIVE years, we finally had to shift house TWICE in February.  Like a long avoided, deferred payment, which finally catches up with you. WITH HIGH ACCUMULATED INTEREST. And pay I had to, with every pore of my body, mind and soul. While writing this post with an aching body, tired mind, I'm realising the existence of accumulating interests. Would'nt it have been much better to pay in easier terms and conditions. But, at least one long OVERpending FIVE YEAR delayed karmic repayment got over in a single month! Whew! For now!

Chronicle 05: Prayers to Pitamah Bhishma

21st Feb, Tuesday.  Yesterday was Shivratri, I was praying in a peripheral Shiva temple next to the crematorium between Nehru Place and Kalkaji mandir. Two serpent gods adorn both sides of the entrance door. It was the ideal location for homage to Pitras. After offering the customary offerings to shiva, i moved to a section dedicated to Pitamah Bhisma. Today being Shivaratri, people thronged around Shiva and I could sit peacefully in front of Pitamah Bhisma and meditate. On the battlefield of Kurukshetra Pitamah Bhishma laid on a bed of arrows. From Arjunas bow. And lord Krishna blessing him with salvation (moksh). It was an analogy to those of  us suffering from Pitra Dosh. On a bed of arrows we lay, until the Lord blessed us with slavation. The timeless drama repeated over and over again.

By evening a childhood friend of mine, who had not been in touch for donkeys years, called me out of the blue. His name is one of the synonyms for Lord Bhishma. I had always bitched about him not keeping in touch. But few hours after prayers to Pitamah Bhisma, he called after a gap of years!! Ultimately it's OUR OWN Karma which blocks us. No point bitching about others. Once absolved, it automatically removes barriers and blocks. And that's what I experienced yesterday. Practically.
Om pitra-ganay vidamahe, jagat dharinaye dhimahi, tanno Pitra prachodyat.

Chronicle 04: Processing Karmic Quotas

In the earlier post, I narrated my expreience with house shifting Karma. And today, after long, exhausting house shifting process, I can actually feel a lot of pending Karma reduce. You can see the symptoms of reduced Karmic quotas in the environment around you. Things that were previously blocked will gently start to open up. Only you would understand the difference. All of us have our own quotas of pending karmic  to be processed. We can accelerate the process by service, forbearnce, wisdom, compassion, helping people, vedic rituals, offerings to the almighty. Also by choosing to undergo certain fasts, voluntary sufferings. Main thing is to be aware of pending karma. And beging processing.

Chronicle 03: Karmic Quotas

30th Jan, 2012. Today whole day was packing, cramming stuff, transferring cartons into our new rental place at vasant kunj. Somehow, we're doing our own packing and shifting instead of calling movers and packers. Yesterday whole day I was down with acidity, gas breathlessness amidst piles of household stuff, sacks, bags, dust etc. But at least in this ghoulish process, I'm finally climbing some LONG pending Karmic mountains. Whenever we voluntarily choose to address long pending issues, fears, we begin the process of clearing Karmic debts.

Since last six years of our married life, my wife has wanting to shift into a larger place. We saw 40 plus houses last year alone, but always some glitch, fault, inetrnal blockage postponed our shifting decision. And the blockage, postponement, apprehension was always from my side. I felt a mountain of apprehension about moving out of our current place at GK II. Even though the place was very small, had a vast terrace and a feelgood factor/radiance that made all houses we saw not seem nice. We had a extraordinary relation with our landlord and late landlady. and intense confort zone in GKII, masjid moth. Somehow I didnt want to move out of our coccon/ safe haven. Especially during our current unfavourable planetary transits. But this 29th Dec, when we 're hit with the news of Sangeetas father having been diagnosed with cancer and that he had to come for treatment to Delhi, we suddenly NEEDED a larger place in the shortest posssible time. And we just closed on a house immedeatly as soon as we saw it.
We saw 56+ houses since last 5 years and kept delaying, deciding for endless months. But suddenly we had to move in a span of a week.

What exactly happened here? All these years, the pending Karma related to house shifting was getting reduced. Finally one day the quota of perplexity and vexation to be experienced got over. And  then we just moved. Yes, its all about Karmic quotas in the end. You have to finish your own quota of prarabdh (pending) Karma. Before moving on.

Chronicle 02: Confessing before the Pitra/ Preta...

28th jan, 1am, midnight. Just finished watching M Night Shyamalans movie "Devil", for the second time. Five people trapped in a lift. One of them is the devil. All the people in the lift are guilty of grave sins. Finally everyone dies at the devil's hands as he claims their souls. Except one who confesses.  About his secret sin. And the devil.. spares his soul.
Shyamalan's Devil has been portrayed to be the equivalent of Vedic Pitras/ Pretas. Who keeps track of our secret sins and punishes us accordingly. Even if we have buried our secret sins deep inside our souls. So deep that we ourseleves have forgotten them. And confessing/ acceptance is the only way to be spared from hell.
TODAY, I am going through a difficult phase and last few days have been really severly difficult for me. The movie Devil has been an eye opener/ sign for me. I take this opportunity to express that I myself am totally responsible for this suffering that I'm currently going through. It was mine own arrogance, vanity, superiority complex that has led to my current downfall. I DID NOT recognize/accept the good blessings when they were sent my way. And hence today have to  suffer the consequence of my own arrogance/ vanity/ indifference. On this blog of preta/ pitra karma I want to express that it is the ghost of our own sins that return to haunt us. Like I am being now. I have expressed to at least three friends about the cause of my own current problem. May the Pitras/ Pretas  forgive me for my blind vanity/ arrogance. I pray for salvation. I pray for forgiveness on this public domain.

Chronicle 01: Arriving to Karmic Conclusions

This blog has gone through multitudes of topic/ subject changes before I finally arrived to begin talking about the topic closest to my heart and soul: past pending Karma. In my life, I have pursued years of astrology, worship, religion, philosophic enquiry, metaphysics, analysis only to finally discover one deeply personal truth:  the Irrevocable Effects of past/ Pending Karma in our present life. Every breath of our "Now', current existence is loaded with invisible effects of past, pending Karmas. And only when we ACKNOWLEDGE this, can we begin to make some sense of our current physical existence.
Prior to this, I was trying so hard to forcibly talk/ speak about topics that were FAR removed from my daily reality, my daily existence. But whats the point of writing a blog unless it's about something Real. But today, when I write this sentence, I feel some strange kind of relief/ release. I am finally talking about the most important subject of  my life: Karma, especially Past/ pending Karma. EVERYDAY I go through the physical effects of pending Karmic issues. EVERDAY I interact with people going through the Harvest of their Karmic sowings. Everyday, every hour, every minute and second. So much information, experiences, inference to draw from. But even THIS moment was exquisitely designed, so that is that. Every issue, every funda of my daily life had SO MUCH of pending Karmic effects.

Chitrasutram/ Image Threads.. a Karmic film

http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=124055480990053

After watching the avant-garde Malayalam film Chitrasutram by Vipin Vijay, I felt it perfectly defined the concept of Pitra Karma... a genetic curse carried across generations until the protagonist provides salvation and resolution. I wrote an anlytical review on it:

Chitrasutram
Deleuze in his Difference and Repetition says, “Difference allows us to pass from one order of repetition to another and from one generality/ modality to another..”.
In Chitrasutram,  the difference in spatio- temporal time zones between netizen Hari and his black magician grandfather enables the faithful repetition, reenactment  of the genealogical curse, ancestral Karmic residue. Of  phallic castration at the feet of illusion incarnate.
It is sheer external, phenotypal difference that enables to faithfully re-enact internal, & genotypic repetition. The more things change (on the outside) more they stay the same (inside). The parallel backdrops of information networking and black magic are entwined as  symbolic/abstract planes where the universal meta narrative/ storyline unfolds.

Chitrasutram, i.e. Image Threads basically explores the metaphysical discourse of the Image. Its politics, dailetics, deconstruction and proliferation. The initial birth of the image in the primordial human condition as a signifier of the conceptual, the sacred, the abstract. And the extrapolition of  image in the cyber age into simulacra, virtual avatars, cyber simulations. Image becoming more real than the actual.
In the scene showing a parade/ float of robotic appartions depicting religious scenes, mechanically simulated mythic icons, the first machinistic inception of simulacra unfolds. From that primitive beginning of stumbling preprogrammed mechanical movements,   simulation exponentially transgresses into the realm of virtual reality. No longer mechanically limited/ grotesque, but the world of the infinite imagery, seamlessly, electronically exchanged. A cybernetic reality more powerful and efficient  than the real. The transformation of Image into virtual avatars.  The voyeuristic obsessive domain of role playing and virtual interaction. The Role playing taking over the player. The signifier taking over the signified. The mask becoming more real than the hidden face.

From the first scene Hari is shown on the quest of image, of selecting a perfect image for his desktop. He contemplates about the sacred four corners of the frame. In front of his class of Networking students he declares “It’s a miracle what happens on the screen”.
For him the digital image is the divine, Cybernetic Representation, the sublime.
He stoically introduces himself as a Network Trainer, “a pimp for expert Information technology labour’. He is comfortable with his cynical self image, his chosen profession..
But at night he becomes a cyber black magician. Seeking magical secrets in virtual reality. He initiates a cyber love affair with unknown Ramani. He creates a virtual avatar of the Goddess Varthali, the Iconification of their online love.

Ramani questions Haris habit of playing curtsy to his grandfather before  each interaction. Hari responds that he and his grandfather are the same person, existent in different time zones. For him Virtual reality and black magic, is one and the same process. A form of higher informational technology that requires belief.
Hari compares his grandfather  to scientist, mathematician Claude Elwood Shannon, the father of information theory. He believes his grandfather’s ritual programming through genetic lineage has enabled him to transcend the information superhighway and enter the realm of black magic. His ancestry destines him to be a self proclaimed prince of darkness, in the virtual realm. Ramani declares her love for the virtual prince.

For Ramani the internet  provides the ideal medium for interaction. Its  perfect anonymity enables interaction of absolute strangers in hyperspace. The precondition of absolute distance providing the safety/ conveneince for absolute intimacy. Initially she rejects Hari as the data base of her acquaintance list is full. Yet she is open to acquaint herself with Hari. Because they share no common interests. Its the detachment of virtual anonymity that enables Ramani to share her initimacy with Hari. Her shattered dreams, secret hopes, deepest personal disappointments and background of chronic hysteria. Visceral trauma, childhood scars, and adult disillusionment shared in  seamless digital anonymity and efficacy.

The ‘physical’ consummation of Hari and Ramani’s cyber affair takes place in the domain of pure light. Surrounded by a neon net, she lies on a bed of light and makes love to a phallus shaped light tube. Perfectly depictive of the erotic mechanics of cyber sex. Where the phallic light rays from the screen penetrate the vulva of our retina simulating our cortex. The mechanics of  simulated optical intercourse.

The first foray into taboo, the prohibited begins with the sorcerers visit of Vallapuzha village for tutorage under his prodigal uncle for medicine and magic.
He sleeps with his gurus wife, steals his uncles magical scerets, and caught red handed, kills his own uncle, his teacher. In his dying breath his uncle curses him with the prophecy of  his destruction through sleeping with a hermaphrodite.
In Hari’s life, the curse manifests as a cyber love affair with a hermaphrodite who calls himself Sweetheart and disguises himself a girl.
Sweetheart and Hari interact in a bizarre machinistic, cybereal sex. Convoluted perversion of role playing. Sexual simulation by fax machines. Body as an extension into machines. The realm of Croneberg’s body simulation.

After Sweetheart, Hari attempts to violate his virtual taboo with Ramani, the taboo of anonymity. He asks about Ramani’s wheelchair, attempting to remove the veil of mystery between them. The inviolable condition of  secrecy, vital in virtual role playing is shattered. Ramani reminds him that this very veil of  secrecy enables their virtual love affair to exist. The vital veil of separation that separates the Signifier and signified,  image and actual. The attempt of removal signals the end of their Virtual relationship.

Disllusioned, Hari attempts to regresses. By plunging into the annals primitive information sharing. Basic printing blocks, churning out pulp fiction. The linear narrative of the detective pulp thriller sprinkled with basic erotic fantasies. The dissemination of image and information at the lowest, basic level. The sincerity of the pulp.

Haris post orgasmic chill. Withdrawal into the ruin of his abandoned house, his mentally challeneged cousin stuck in her infantile world of dreams. Her repetition of Ringa rainga roses, pocket full of posies. Originally aterm denoted in 18th century England to depict the symptom of Balck death, the plague. Now transmitted across the ages in the death chill of a inocuos childrens rhyme. The serpentine trickery of commincation and (mis)representation. The politics of simulacra and the signifier.

Kunjukuttan seeks now to esacpe from the endless bondage of desire. He now aims for the most fearful of his magical ambitions: direct physical communion with Goddess Varthali. Finally finding her in a muddy pond he drags her out and freezes her into a  staue. And finally castrates himself at the feet of the goddess. Phallocnetric castration as the only means of  liberation from the bondage of the signifier/ role playing.

Hari frantically attempts to make direct contact with Ramani. She responds that he exists for her merely as a sign, signifier, a virtual symbol. She has already replaced Hari with a new cyberlover. Her parting words to Hari “I want to exit your life, like a mere shadow”. Assuaging the ethereal, temporality transience, of their torrid cyber interaction.
Standing on a pile of discarded dolls, her uncountable  abandoned avatars, Ramani finally severs the umbilical cyber cord between her and Hari. Bringing an end to the assemblage, cyber construct, the desire machine between them. The violent breakdown of a virtual love. Leaving only residues of molten plastic, synthetic waste, and burnt out cicrcuitry.

Transcendence/Liberation
Realization dawns on Hari in the grounds of a semi submerged forgotten abandoned stone monastery. Three wise men gather and announce;
“For the gate is wide, and the way is easy, that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and way is Hard, that leads to life, and those who find it are few..”.
Hari abandons his electronic apparatus, his clothes, his trappings and cleanses himself in a holy bath in a lonely river bank.
Finally he enters a primitive photo studio with ancient box camera and freezes his image  into a narrow limited confine of  a standard passport photograph. In the narrow limitation, of his image lay his means of liberation.
In Vedic cosmology, Rahu Ketu represent the two Nodes. Rahu stands for ultra wide/ visionary/ surreal/ virtuality and Ketu stands for the narrow/hard/ obscure way of redemption, sacrifice and eventual liberation. Broadly Rahu embodies desire/power/projection and Ketu signifies wisdom/renunciation/liberation. Rahu ensnares by mass media, hysteria of consumerism but Ketu liberates in the silence of narrow,  renunciated reflection. In the world of illusions finally Hari chooses Ketu over Rahu.  His release from the genetic curse.

The movie explores the meta narrative of cyclicity. Where as opposed to linear evolution things  move in repetitive cyclic patterns. The high speed unrestricted information superhighway ultimately falls prey to its own pawn/creation in form of a virus.
In the end fantastic progress succumbs to the fruits of its own creation. A natural consequence as illustrated in Baudrillards Theorem of Accursed Share. Where every technological progressive move is irrevocably accompanied by a equivalent regreesive loss.
Cyber simulation definitely allows infinite freedom/ role playing/ unlimited avatars, but are they capable of sustaining the euphoria of cybernetic desire.
Simulcara here is  not blatantly restricted to net but the very basic interactions between beings, misrepresentation at the cost of speed, ecstatic rupture of access/information as discussed in the theories of Baudrillard, Paul virilio.
Technology is a fantastic irrefutable convenience, but can the physical karma of mortality be so easily transgressed? Are we capacitated to transcend genetics, genealogy, the DNA coding so conveniently. In order to infuse ourselves with global neutrality/ freedom of virtuality promised by the cyberial? In the end it is we who limit ourselves.
Like the ultra virtual hermaphrodite Sweetheart finally finding midlle class Hari’s machinistic fantasies/obsession too hard an act to swallow. Such is the rule of paradox/irony. Difference as the irrevocable foundation/cause of Repetition.
Familiarity as the vital condition for radical exoticism. The painfully inconvenient and arduous process of Image creation. As opposed to the convenient mass proliferation.

Despite all its surreal, psychedelic, avante garde incorporations, Chitrasutram ultimately explores Pitri Karma. The ancestral karma/ deed/ curse carried across generations. An eternal Karmic deed faithfully re-enacted across time. And the ultimate resolution only occuring by enlightenment, liberation of the protagonist. Ultimately drawing to a close, the dramatic genetic re-enactment across generations and time spans.

Introduction to Pitra Karma...

My late vedic astrology Guru T.N. Sarma, in his uncountable astrological teachings alway used to lay great emphasis about Pitra Karma: giving acknowledging to past ancestral spirits and their contributions. He said Brahma was to worshipped during Pitra Paksha to seek the blessings of the past ancestors. He said that according to our own past Karmas our own horsocopes were formed. And certain planetary combinations were directly indicative of Pitra Dosh/ pitra karma... pending past life Karmic debts. Which were to be resolved in our current incarnation. I begin this blog with Tribute and Homage to my Late Guru, Tirtha Nath Sarma.

Since years I had been exploring deep into the roots of various lifetime issues. But after Naadi readings in Kerala and astrologer Savita Jain's revelation of Pitra Dosh in my horoscope in form of Saturn + Ketu in my 9th house, did a lot of things become clear for me. My perennial vexations of years had their roots in Pitra Karma: pending debts from past lives and dues owed to past ancestors.
WHAT's Pitra Karma/ Pitra Dosha??
Pitras are our own departed ancestors who have been thrown into pretha yoni or any other lokas because of pending karmas. They YEARN to get mukti from that uncomfortable state through the karma of their successors/ descendants. Thus Pitras are considered to be more important to a person than any other devathaas, Gods, planets. ESPECIALLY for those with Pitra Karma. They are considered equal to Gods. As WE ourselves have come into existence SOLELY because of our ancestors. If the pitras are satisfied and happy with us, they can bring joy, prosperity and a clear path to success. However pending Pitra Karma is one of the biggest obstacle on the path to siddhi/ illumination. Material Success is completely not possible if one has Pitra Dosh, pending Pitra Karma...

How To Recognize it in a Birthchart/ Kundali :

9th house in a horoscope is called house of dharma, father. When 9th house is under influence of malefic planets, this shows the indication of Pitra Karma. It also indicates lack of fulfillment of paternal desire. When 9th house, 9th lord, 9th house from the moon or the lord of 9th from the moon is under influence of malefic planets especially Rahu and Ketu, this indicates Pitra Dosh. Such natives are affected by disruption of education, employment, progress, happiness etc. Those who are physically and mentally handicapped have such affliction. MOREOVER if Jupiter is Debilitated/ Retrograde/ under influence of malefics it also indicates Pitra Dosha. As Jupiter is symbolic of placement of Brihaspati/ Brahma/ Pitra in ones chart.

Generally Pitras are defined as ancestors from our current and previous lifetimes. But Pitras are also synonymous with Lord Brahma, the universal Father/ Godhead. I realised that Pitras/ Brahma/ Brihaspati is different names of one Singular Deity. This knowledge came through a chapter "Brihaspati: The Power of the Soul" in the book 'The Secret Of The Veda' by Sri Aurobindo. In this chapter, he decodes the true nature of Brahma/ Brihaspati. He says in the original Vedic conception, Brihaspati, Brahmanspati, Brahma were three different names of the SAME vedic deity. One single god, to whom Rishi Vamadeva addresses his mystic hymns of praise. It's only later, in the Puranic theologies, that Brihaspati and Brahma have become SEPARATE  deities. Brahma is now the Creator, one of the Puranic trinity. And Brihaspati, has become the spiritual Guru/ teacher of the Gods. And the guardian/ reprsentative of the planet Jupiter!
And Brahmanspati, the middle term linking the two, has disappeared.
To Understand the TRUE nature of Brahma/ Brihaspati/ Pitras, we have to Re-Unite what has been disjoined. We have to CORRECT the value of the two separate terms Brahma and Brihaspati in light of the Original vedic conception. My Late guru, astrologer T.N. sarma used to say that only Brihaspati/ Brahma could be worshipped during Pitra Paksha. This defines synonimity of Brahma/ Pitras/ Brihaspati as one deity!

Facts I unravelled about the original Vedic Brihaspati:
1. The original existence out of which all creation is made is sailam, water. This watery subconscient existence is obscure, unstable, fluid, indeterminant. The first need of Creation is to make a stable formation out of this flux. Brihaspati is he, who out of this wayward flux, creates a Stable/ physical manifestation of the world. He does this by firmly establishing  the limits and definitions of Earth/ material reality. Brihaspati does this by applying great force. By imposing a mighty constraint, constriction on the flux/ flow of the subconscient.
2. The energy flow from the 2nd Chakra to the 1st chakra is depictive of this process. The 2nd chakra Swadhistana, is ruled by Vishnu/ Varuna, symbolised by the watery realms of the subconscient. Its ruling animal is Makara, a crocodile like creature inhabiting the watery/ fluid/ indeterminate subconscient realms. However the 1st Chakra, Muladhara, is ruled by Brahma and symbol is a elephant of massive strength, who creates Stability/ formation from thw watery/ flux realms of the  2nd Chakra. By using a great force, constraint. By setting limits, contraction to material reality.

Hence Brahma/ Pitras/ Brihaspati rules the Muladhar/ ROOT chakra, the sources of our Karmic/ Cosmic lineage!! And it is  He, who creates stability / ORDER out of Chaos!
